hi any1 im puting about 45gm of quaker oats in my protein is that all right with 350ml milk and 1 scoop
28g of met-rx supreme to put on mass?

Cooch thats too much of an open question. Too many variables, how much you weigh, what % body fat you are, how many calories you consume each day, what the rest of your meals are???

At a glance I would suggest using at least 75 grams dry weight and then cook your oats and double the whey - minus the milk and maybe throw in some EFA's
