i have started my new diet this week which just to let you no is going great but it consists of oats and nuts but saying im not a fan of oats is putting it lightly, i can bear them in my whey but i have to take each mouthful with a gulp of water when eating the things lol, also im allergic to nuts so cannot have the handful i need, an alternative to each of these would be great!
With oats, I add a little salt (The Scottish method!) and a spoonfull of honey. An alternative to nuts are seeds, such as sunflower seeds, or raisins, figs or dates.
thanks jon ill give it a go with the oats, and raisins sound good! cheers bud, but first im looking forward to my cheat meal in a min of sausage and egg sandwiches lol good times.
