lol i know that feeling i use udos oil and glucosamine mate but my knees still grind and crunch no matter what tbh! make sure you warm up well before squats as i find it does help to lubricate the knees a bit compared to not warming up and crunching/clicking away! |

You might want to look at technique before packing the squat in... just make sure your knees aren't drifting too far forwards in the squat. If you have trouble, try front squats. I don't even back squat much anymore since I prefer the front squat and it forces you stay more upright. |

I use a chemist's own brand multi-vit & mineral followed by cod liver caps and glucosamine, for the ageing joints. Anyway I know it's only a poll but does it really matter what type you are using just as long as they contain all of the essentials the body needs to fully recuperate. Is it sometimes that people are just 'label whores' purchasing brands which are over hyped and far too expensive for the normal guy or I am wrong? |

yeah boots i agree with you. Labels mean nothing, some of the so called good brands have products that are totally mess but are still big sellers cos of the name. |
