I seem to have developed a small hard gristle like lumps in each of my forearms recently and was wondering if any of u guys had experienced anything similiar.?

I have one in my left forearm about 2 inches from the elbow on the bottom of my arm like right on the muscle  but was told it was a ganglien syst also have one under my left pec on my upper ab muscle and now im dropping the body fat there getting quite noticable but was told there nothing to worry about mate!

Thanks mate pretty much exactly where mine is tbh, just weird how i seemed to get 2 at same time! been training a while so cant really get it,thanks for advice.

i have one too. on my wrist. comes and goes. doctor told me its a ganglian aswell. it can be painful sometimes as i work with my hands all day. touch wood though it hasnt come back in 18 months

I wouldnt worry about it - its the hard lumps in ur testes u have to watch!

while i thought i would be clever and got my missis to check my testes for lumps last night and just as i thought it was all going swell she said nope no lumps on them Good night and swiftley rolled over and went to sleep!
