I just train whenever I can fit it on, eg. if on a saturday I can train at like 2pm, but on a weekday it might be at like 7pm. Just gotta make sure if training early to get some good food inside before hand. |
| ...you know it makes sense. |

It all depends, I train late morning 10-11 am and sometimes late afternoon early evening 4-5pm. I hate training any later. I don't like cramming in at the end of a long day. It's best just to get the training over and done with then you can start recovery. This is why i go for early. |

I sometimes do 2 sessions a day, thats if I am not satisfied. |

I have trained at many times of the day where i used to work shift but can honestly say i was 50% stronger training after 3pm then trying to train at say 10am, i think the more the day goes on the stronger i feel (except bedtime lol) now i would at least wait till after 1pm before any training as i dont feel i would give it 100% otherwise i typically train round the 8pm mark during the week and 5-7pm weekends |

i find it best in the evening. i normally train 8-9 or 9-10. if i was cutting id train early doors say 6-7 in the morning because i find thats the best way to lose weight but i am not, never have been nor never will be a morning person. i cant stand getting up early to train. |

just train when you have time. i always train about dinner time for an hour 5 times per week. it all depends on how much time you have on your hands and when you can fit a session in |

Training in the AM has a number of advantages but the body will adjust to whatever so long as you keep it consistent. Test levels are highest in the morning but also cortisol, by training in the AM you only spike cortisol a single time rather than a second time in the evening.

I usually train around 5pm, straight after work. If i sit down and get too relaxed i find it hard to motivate myself. |

In terms of performance its a well known fact evening performance is much better than morning performance - thats just a part of the human body clock - but really your schedule will dictate when you can train... |
