I'm gonna go for Bas Rutten from when I used to watch mma. Fair enough he doesn't fight anymore, but if you watch his old fights he knows how to brawl lol. Mainly though, its
got to be his comedy factor...just watch the bar fight videos on youtube lol

Footsoldier I remember tank abbot aswell lol...stupid beard and a huge belly. He used to be in WWF aswell. I remember seeing a vid of him powerlifting somewhere....
pretty strong if i remember.

...you know it makes sense.

I like thaigo alves think he has a big future in ufc and boils right down to make weight and gets it back by fight time without an affect on his strength it seems, also technically excellent. But currently in his weight class anderson silva is just in another league. He makes it look so natural he's gifted but puts so much hard work in the gym 2. a true beacon for the sport.

Thaigo is one of the future stars for sure.  He needs to be careful though since he's packing some serious mass for a 170lb'er..  He was caught with diuretics previous which are commonly used to mask steroid usage.  Hope he doesn't get busted and his next fight with GSP should be a barnburner!

Silva is currently in the 185'ers.  I can see GSP beating Alves then moving up.  I don't see anyone beating Silva at 185 apart from GSP!  Who is going to take him?  Bisping?  Henderson?  Silva is amazing but not a favourite

My favourite fighter is Melvin Manhoef.  Absolute animal.  Wish he worked on his ground game more though.

I really hope Crocop can make some kind of comeback.  His venture into the UFC really cost him but he's still HUGE in Japan.

Yeah i hope so too! I do think that with any fight there is a small element of "Luck" and when Crocop lost to Gonzaga and hurt his knee. Hes agreat fighter who also fight honourably and i respect that.

in some ways it was he own fault... He didn't train for elbows nor the cage at all..  They both make a huge difference in the UFC compared to Pride.  I think he thought he was going to walk into the UFC and beat all comers x_X

In the UFC - I would have a pick! GSP, Silver and you either love him or hate him - but I have to say Brock, as a fighter anyway! haha!

Def props to Dan "the outlaw" Hardy. He cam and he conquered all - now to be matched with GSP. I know Dan will put up a great fight to GSP. Lets see the Brits bring it!
