I got a 20 gig ipod, Got the old skool on there. 2PAC discography, Hardstyle from 2004 to 2009, Busta Rhymes, Oasis. Anything thats funky just to get me in the mood.

In primary freedom, one utilizes all ways and is bound by none, and likewise uses any techniques or means which serves one's end. Efficiency is anything that scores.

I like to wear my mrs' ipod shuffle when i run (ipod's too bulky and  she's french so some crazy parisian rapping always comes on) and britney spears "Gimme More" came on and i seemed to run slightly faster while it played.

Maybe my brain thought she'd turn up at the end.

Seriously though.....

I have a play list made up for running and one for work outs. Both are dirty sweet trashy heavy metal with
some killer riffs and base as deep as the south pacific.

I grew up listening to Hip hop & R&B, but as I grew older I listened to a variety of music. To me whatever sounds good I won't knock it because of its genre, I would listen to it and give credit when it's due.
