well went to see the doc this morning and---------------------------------- he hasnt got a clue whats up lmao he said sounds like a traped nerve due to numb feeling i keep getting in my hand/arm so all he could advise was keep it moving and even try to workout with it as it may help but obviously stop if i get any pain! i have full range of movement now but still a litlle tender so going to see what i can manage down the gym later i think but not holding my breath!
Rickster I told you it was a trapped nerve - I refer you to my earlier prescripiton of noshing. Crack on dude. Dr Cal
Cal All round Good Egg & Gentleman by day Dr Cal by night.
another update lol i know how i done it now i rekon!!! when i do knee raises with my arms locked onto the pads holding my entire body weight it must have forced my shoulder up and pintched some thing i say this because if i put weight on my arm by leaning on my elbow it pushes my shoulder thus pintching said nerve and sending my arm numb so no more hanging knee raises for me! plus its the only thing i done different to normal last week so has to be the cause imo
as long as it isn't hampering your form then you should be ok. Just don't compensate for it on lifts.
