I love it when you get all macho and moderator-like. However in this case you need not worry
cos Donny and Footsoldier are both from the West Coast of Scotland. Being a Southern fairy-
jellied-eel-pie-and-mash-cor-blimey-guy that'll mean nothing to you until I point out that
neither will ever fight because it means they'd have to put down their bottles of Buckfast.

honestly i dont mate as im a guy with a twisted and great sense of humor so take everything in jest most the time but i can understand some times things get misunderstood too so was just clearing up the fact that no insult was ment by dean or by anyone as far as im aware!
but im happy for everyone to carry on as long as its friendly ish lol!!!!!!

I find it far easier to hate everyone and think that if anyone gets too serious we should
make them strip to the waist and box like gypsies. Oops sorry hope I didn't offend any
gypo bodybuilders!

Right enough of this sh*te, lets get some more problems posted so I can get back to taking

cal, I didn't realise you were scottish. the Micky take at the scottish was a joke that I knew would rattle a few cages because from personal exsperiance the scottish people I know are can take a joke at there
nationality. but you taking offence dose highlight what I was getting at!

this is not your forum so you have no right to offend people and there for put people off using it. the
forum struggles to keep members posting regular compaired to other very popular sites.

In your defence I didn't see the disclaimer and apologise for not realising the whole forum section was
meant as a big joke. As you may or may not know I've not been a regular user for some time and just
clicked on a post that looked like it belonged on a piss taking site not one for people taking there health and physical appearance.

As for making threats on a web site. please!! are you 9 or something? look back and read what you have
writen and tell me you haven just made your self look like a complete plank! I think there should be
some serous telling off here. Not good at all.

Dean you ARE STILL missing the point. This part of the forum is a P*SS take - how many times
do we have to tell you? The name-calling, the threat to bury people under a patio, taking offense
at you taking the p*ss out of the Scottish IS A JOKE. If for one moment you thought I was being
serious then you should have PMD the Mods - do you honestly think I could write what I do without
having run it past PJ or Tank or Rick? If you think anyone takes anything I say seriously I suggest
you re-read the posts - it's called BANTER, HUMOUR and fun. Now what you have to decide having
read this is:

1.  Am I being deadly serious?

2.  Am I currently writing this on my laptop at the end of your drive and about to knock on your door?

3. Do I really care?

4. Am I still taking the p*ss?

If you remain unconvinced then I suggest you trawl the forum and read some of my replies on other
threads: in fact try the thread that generated this part of the forum - WEEK 1 AS THE WORLDS OLDEST
APPRENTICE BODYBUILDER. In my humble opinion life is too full of people whose heads are so far up
