Out of the two, what does everyone take on a regular basis... Whey protein shake or Creatine or both?

Whey i consider a must..just for the case of post work out and can be used when in a rush for your other meals

Creatine is good but end of the day this goes down to your money situation.. if you can afford it without denting your wallet..

Cheers mate, your answer was on the money.

I've always used shakes but lately my friend has been banging on about BSN No xplode creatine and creatine as a whole. He keeps telling me I should get some.
I'm hesitant as my only experience with creatine wasn't a pleasant one, although I wasn't quite in the shape I am now (it was about 1.5 years ago and I've been training ever since).

Does anybody rate this?/recommend taking creatine? I'll be honest with you I haven't researched it at all before.

i do rate creatine mate, seen great results with it. If u drink at least 2 litres of water a day u will be fine. No xplode is a pre workout energy booster. Cellmass is what u want if your gonna use bsn. Which i do. Failing that, a good mono creatine is good

I'd definately recommend creatine, it does get down to how much you want to spend on it, I take a creatine which comes in capsules and you don't have to load up on it first which works well for me as there easy to take and I can keep them in my bag I take to work with me......

whey protein shake as it is rich in proteins and it comes from milk. During the process of turning milk into cheese, whey protein is separated out so it is good for bodybuilding and considered as a healthy diet.
