I've always used shakes but lately my friend has been banging on about BSN No xplode creatine and creatine as a whole. He keeps telling me I should get some. I'm hesitant as my only experience with creatine wasn't a pleasant one, although I wasn't quite in the shape I am now (it was about 1.5 years ago and I've been training ever since).
Does anybody rate this?/recommend taking creatine? I'll be honest with you I haven't researched it at all before. |
