hi, i have used this, and I can say that it has had no effect on my training, best one ive tried so far has been NO Explode

dont be suprised at the side effects when its been nicknamed "super dump" lol.

yeh no explode was good but its basicaly creatine, cafeine and sugar and something esle that i was alergic too and it made me puke both times i used it.

cant remember waht it was...might be an amino acid?


Dont you just hate the people at the gym who do an exercise that takes them about a minute then rest for about 10!?

Superpump 250 is a great supp - but like all things different people get different results - your just best off trying it out first hand yourself!

No, keep us informed.

A fantastic supplement that I could say that I have tried, is creatine HCL (hydrochloride) ethyl-ester. Chloride plays a very important role in the body. It transports fluids into and out of cells, through the chloride ion channels, it attracts water molecules H2O, water is a polar molecule that has a slightly positive charge, due to the two hydrogens and the electronegative oxygen. Chloride is also electronegative and so it plays a very significant role in fluid transport, such as waste. If we didn't have chloride in our body we wouldn't ever have a runny nose, bad chest and we wouldn't be able to perspire (sweat). So you can imagine what benefits there are with supplementation.

I don't know of a deficiency in normal healthy people, but the symptoms of cysticfibrosis is an example of a chloride deficiency which is not down to the lack of chloride but the inability to transport the ion through the cell membrane. More info than you need, but I like to justify why I recommend creatine HCL. Using this supplement should provide a massive health boost all round, not just a performance boost. Altough we all know that performance is down to a bodily state as a whole.
