Hi, i am just starting to get into the bodybuilding lifestyle...

Ive always wanted to but now, nothings gonna stop me. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what there is and the most effective ones of the supplements e.c.t to use to get there.
I realy need help to gain weight to start with im like a stick!!! lol

Also... If anyone wanted to make me a dietry plan i would very much appreciate it.

Have a look around the site. There are various diet/workout plans for you to have a look at and give a try.

Supplements should be taken only when you have sorted your diet.
Your looking to eat every 2 half hour / 3hr

Have a look and come back with your questions...but stay postive and keep at it!!

like Tank said have a look around the forum as theres loads of info on diets,training etc but no one can just say hey heres a diet as it doesnt work that way as we know nothing about you plus we all had to do it the hard way and learn for ourselfs

sci mx lean grow mrf is the one supplement that made me gain about a stone in a month.

along with eating chicken and rice twice a day and taking a shake of lean grow 3 times daily i went from 11.6 to 12.9 in a month, im now 13.7 and havnt had supplements for weeks..although a good old mass diet is mainly solid food meals it is hard to eat that much food when you are just starting out so give the lean grow a try but do try to keep to a minimal amount of protein/meal replacement shakes and get the nutrition from proper food when you have increased your appetite enough!


Dont you just hate the people at the gym who do an exercise that takes them about a minute then rest for about 10!?

big boy is the sci mx lean grow better than the maximuscle cyclone for bulking......my mate from work has arms like a twig and needs to put sum size on...see i've never used bulking stuff as i was alway trying to rip up aswell as putting muscle on..

i reckon maximuscle is a rip off so yeh ide say yeeeeeeh. the nutritional values per serving are sound. just tell your friend to expect a slight increase in bf.

yeh hence bulking phase in autum, winter and spring and a cut at the end of spring and  begining of summer
