cardio, higher intensity workouts (60 second rest MAX between sets) ive cut my rests down to about 25 seconds which means i have to do less cardio which i dont realy have time for , split your nutrition intake into 6 meals instead of 3 large ones like most people do.

Dont you just hate the people at the gym who do an exercise that takes them about a minute then rest for about 10!?

supersets are good in your training. chest and back is good. biceps, triceps etc. I like to work the opposite muscle groups. It not only saves time but you work up a good sweat. warm up with skipping and go running to lose weight. Your diet is key to a flat mid section along with running...or what ever you like.
