Jay really pulled it of this yr - everyone was expecting Phil Heath to win! Dexter must be pissed not only losing his Olympia crown but getting 3rd!

jay looks so much more cut this year. Not so blocky in the mid-section. Fair play 2 him. Must be so hard 2 get defined wen yr that size

yeh. i read a article about him and it sayed something about him having realy think fasia unlike big old ronnie and phil heath. talking of phil heath i cant believe he didnt get higher in the top 5; he looked outstanding!!!!!! was he ill and puking for hours before the pre judging?

Im not a big fan of cutler at all tbh but he did have it on the day although i would love to see it taken off him by a UK chap --- Zack khan could do it as he has a lot of potential imo and would be great
