Hey guys,
well i been eating alot, and have stopped most of my cardio, but my body fat has gone up, is it ok to do morning (without breakfast) jog to keep my body fat down? or will it affect my bulking size?
Thanks!

I would still do it mate and it shouldnt effect a bulk at all really, the way i look at it is this
it will help keep the much unwanted fat off
it will keep your fitness levels up wich is important whether bulking or cutting as fitness is a major part of weight training although some beg to differ -- i say try repping out a 20 rep squat when your unfit or knocking out a set of 10 heavy deadlifts, its murder if your unfit as i know all to well so always do cardio imo

A moderate amount cardio off season is important for several reasons.

1.) Will help control bodyfat levels
2.) It actually helps recovery
3.) As Ricky stated will help improve your cardiovascular fitness - which will also benefit your weight training sessions

hi

i find that mornings b4 breakfast are the best way for me to lose fat, as long as you dont over do it, say 20-30 mins 3 times a week youll see the fat fall away

dont skip any meals though and make sure your diet is clean

It depends on your cardio, keep it slow.  No HIT in the AM.  You can do your cardio after your workout also.  I've found both to be effective.  Besides keeping fat gain to a minimum it helps your overall health (GPP).

if on an empty stomach your gonna burn the fat for energy i think thats right

also after work out your adding already to fat loss as your heart rate should already be pumping away.

i might be wrong im no expert

you just got to see what works for you. I prefer to do my cardio straight after weight training..you also get good fat burning. At the moment i workout 3 days a week. Chest/back....Legs.....Shoulders and Arms. the off days i do my cardio and Abs. I did at one time too much running and too often and i slowed down my Gains. I find now i have a good balance.
