Having to take a break as litterly falling apart at the moment..

Just got over a injury and have now got a new one..pulled my back out and still not any better..so will be taking a few weeks out while seeing a physio  to fully heal up.. will be changing things around when fit to return.. more swimming/running then weights..tho weights still three days a week..id die without lifting

Dont you just hate the people at the gym who do an exercise that takes them about a minute then rest for about 10!?

My back is alot better today though still a numb feeling while walking so a sign its still there.
Got a few physio sessions booked up ( £25 for two hours ) so will hopefully be on the mend.

Going to be taking part in a few charity runs/swim events next year hence change of goals, so expect me to be pestering a few of you then :p
