not always but quite alot when doing arnolds my left elbow clicks and sends pins and needles up form my elbow to the end of my little finger,,,,,,,,,any ideas?

Clicks normally to do with ligaments problems

thanks for your reply mate, i'll have a scan round on the internet and see if i can find out eles out about it...but it doesn't sound grate.....

my left shoulder is the same. i don´t do any chins behind my neck anymore. Normally you can work around it. sounds like a nerve to me.

ye i had a feeling that i could have been a nerve getting trapped due to the pins and needles! is the only thing i can do, avoid doing arnolds?
