been training for 4 years until I got the keys to my first house about 2 months ago so not been to gym since then as i have gutted the house completly....jumped on the scales the other day and i've lost a stone . not sure if this is just without going to the gym or coz i had flu a few weeks ago!  Any way after seeing how much i lost was going to go back to the gym again monday just gone. however i was working on my house saturday evening cuting some floor boards to take them up when the circular saw decided to f*** off across my boot...It missed the steel toe cap by no more that a millimetre cuting my big toe....The worst bit was having to pull my boot off hoping my toe wasn't rolloing round in the bottom! Anyway it was still atached When to hospital where i had to have a op to check tendons, was in there 2 nites waiting for a free slot in thearter......when they did the op he surgen noticed that when the saw had hit my toe it's broke it So can't really go to the gym yet....should be ok tomorrow i'v a stick to training my top half...Not a bad start to 2010

That a pretty poor start to the year mate. Its so easy done its not real. I saw a guy lose a couple of fingers to a bench saw a few years ago. Nothing worse than injuries ruining your training.

yeah supplements have come on alot since i was taking them (creatine monohydrate had just come out.haha) i might try the mass stack off this site minus the creatine along with either cyclone or some usn anabolic mass fuel. just because these are things i have been given.
