Just been to the cash and carry 5kg of chicken £16.99, 96 eggs for £3. Saved my self a small fortune. Don't know why i didn't start going sooner. Huge bags of rice cheap as. Some things don't work out that much cheaper but in a household with two trainers it makes a huge diffrence.

nice one tam im just buying 500g bags from asda for 2 quid at the moment i have 7 bags in my freezer and have 500g in a meal lol

and i buy a 30pk of eggs from asda for 2.50 and have 10 in a meal


so you are deffo saving a good bit.

is the chicken breasts or whole chickens?

Breasts. A lot nicer than the breasts from tescos. Not as much sinewy bits through it. Finding the diet part easy again now that my body is back to eating as regularly.

Dont you just hate the people at the gym who do an exercise that takes them about a minute then rest for about 10!?

A week. I eat 20 a day so no chance of them going off. Display till the next day but use in a week. Last week my pals mum got me 120 for £2. So hopefully next week there will be more. There red meat selection is a bit poor but i go to a really good butcher and i get venison for nothing. so red meats covered.

nice one tam keep tannin the eggs they truely are awesome i tried spending a bit less on my steak and it tasted like dog mess gonna stick to my sirloins lol

What do you do with your steak? Shed loads of garlic, onions and peppers make anything taste good.

nah ultra rare so the blood is still coming out mmmmmmmmmmmmm. quickly fried with maximum heat

nuhin tastes as good as a big bit of bloody steak with low fat chips of course

tbh im not one for making things taste good or spend too much time in the kitchen i like getn food into
me as quickly as possible (so the weans dont ask for a bit hahahah)

So many eggs, i thought i was having a lot with 5 a day, 2 whole eggs and 3 more egg whites. How do you have them? boiled? im frying mine, gonna start buying olive oil instead of vegetable oil because ive herd its a good fat

omelette wth some mushrooms. Breakfast and an evening meal normally after training.

depending on size of egg but i can remember reading somewhere that one egg contains 5g protein dont know if thats the whole egg or just the white

the usual amount would be 10 egg whites and add 2-3 yolks
