Tryed creatine a few years ago and put some size on but looked a bit bloated on the gut and it tore the lining out of my stomach. Just bought some KREALKALYN its not meant to have the same side effects, just wondering if any1 on here's tryed it?

some 1 in the gym yesterday said to me that caffeine cancels out the effects of creatine, is this a load of bollocks?

yes becuase most supplemets like bsn no explode ARE sugar, cafiene and creatine! lol


Dont you just hate the people at the gym who do an exercise that takes them about a minute then rest for about 10!?

not sure about the boating and stomach lining tho becuase your body produces creatine naturaly but its enery (atp) is used in seconds so using creatine suppelements makes u for energetic and stronger becuase you have more of this energy

lol i thought it sounded a bit daft and afterwards i remembered seeing some product with caffeine and creatine together. thanks for your reply Bigboy. I havnt had any upsets yet so happy days
