i do curls with a bench bar and when i put it down i get really bad like a tight pressure for a few seconds on my forearms and wrist i shake it off then it goes is this normal ???

not sure if its normal mate but try doing curls with either the EZ bar or dumbells and see how they feel as the straight bars do tend to be hard on the wrists i cant use a straight bar to curl for this very reason!
if there still doing it after using the dumbells or EZ bar then cant hurt to get it checked by a doc but i rekon its the straight bar causing you problems!

I think its normal mate, lots of people I know have the same issues.
I sometimes have the exact same problem as you when doing cable curls using a straight bar. If I put the weight up more than I have ever had it, for the first few times at
that weight I get the pain in the wrists and forearms...really f**king hurts, but it goes after a few seconds. It should stop doing that after a couple of sessions at that weight
where your joints/weaker muscles become stronger.
Like Ricky said, use an ez curl bar or dumb bells, you shouldn't have any issue with them at all. ;)

lightin weight and see if that helps mite not be proper form mate. see if that helps

i used to get exact same pain buddy it aint nothing to worry about your bones will get used to the weight and strengthen with each workout
i dont get any pain anymore

cheers lads im gonna take your advive and go on the ez bar now it must be just the straight bar as i did it with the ez today and it was fine so ill be sweet as a nut now nice 1

With using a straight bar, your joints move in a awkard postion hence why Ez or dumbell's are better.

same problem here.............i only use ez and bumbells now
