Hey guys,
when i train with a bar, i get tons of pain on my right wrist, Any ideas how i can overcome this?
Strength my wrists? how?

punch bag will strengthen the wrist, No straps no cloves. or you could use a loose fitting glove.

no wraps, no gloves!!! tried that a couple of times, cut my knuckles right up!!!

not the best of ideas if your punch bag is genuine cow hide like mine lol :-/

you could use dumb bells pal, i find they are less stressful on my wrists on things like curls etc.

In which exercises? It's more likely a technique issue rather than a weakness.
If it's pressing make sure the bar is seated correctly in your hand and the bar directly over your arm/wrist. Don't let the wrists drop backwards.
If it's a curl you might want to try keeping your wrists curled towards you.
