Ive recently changed my training routeine which concentrates on my triceps and my lats more than my biceps and shoulders. Mainly to help build up lagging muscles.

Every 2-3 weeks im getting rather big bruises on my triceps is this a sign of over training or is it a gud sign of
a goow work out. They dont hurt or anything.
