Having to take a break as litterly falling apart at the moment..
Just got over a injury and have now got a new one..pulled my back out and still not any better..so will be taking a few weeks out while seeing a physio to fully heal up.. will be changing things around when fit to return.. more swimming/running then weights..tho weights still three days a week..id die without lifting

i will be, in a few weeks..maybe sooner i hope.. hence been a lil quiet on here as been in a bad mood :P hehe...frustrating to say the least

soz to hear it, I started again then knackered my back. Keep smiling bro, you'll be back
bigger and stronger. In the meantime use the time off to get researching, not only
will it enhance your knowledge it will enable you to contribute even more.

My back is alot better today though still a numb feeling while walking so a sign its still there.
Got a few physio sessions booked up ( £25 for two hours ) so will hopefully be on the mend.
Going to be taking part in a few charity runs/swim events next year hence change of goals, so expect me to be pestering a few of you then :p

get well soon tank, ive woke up feeling awful today, got a cold and a really bad stomache :(
