Afternoon all,

I am a newbie but loving it, currently 7 months in training 4 times a week. Started at just under 10stone and now 12stone but still want more as I am 6ft2.

As im a student I have pretty much lived off eggs until recently with the addition of protein shakes but now want to refine things as im getting a belly problem is I could easily lose all of my gains as I only need to look at a running machine and i'd be back to 2 stone (rest of my body is ripped). Admittadly the belly wasnt helped by my sweet tooth but ive been clean for 6 days now (cant believe how tough it is lol)

So what is good and what is bad?? been thinking about trying fish errrrr but tuna is 100% no no

Morning 2 eggs 2 weetabix (I struggle to eat first thing almost makes me gag but worth the effort)

10.30 - banana and cyclone protein shake

12.30 normally a roast as the uni canteen is amazing

3 ish snack on an orange

5pm - 4 eggs with only a bit of yoke, wholegrain cereal with extra raisins or chicken fajitas or spag bowl

7pm gym - cyclone shake straight afterwards

8pm dinner - varies but always big with loads of veg protein ect

10.30/11 - 3 egg whites bit of yol and 2 weetabix

Ok don't shout, take the piss, etc, etc, but...is anyone a non-meat eater on here?! I hasten to add I am asking for a "friend" of mine who is not a vegetarian but my I mean his missus is so it's just easier not to eat meat. He does eat fish though!! Is that better?!

Joking aside, is there any non-meat eaters/veggies on here? If so, what's your diet look like?

Hey people,

I'm sort of a beginner to the nutrition/diet part of working out and after 2 weeks of keeping to my diet plan, I'm just wondering if it is any good as I dont want to be going wrong, and after 6 weeks not seeing any gains.

I'm 21, 6 ft 2, and weigh 12.6 stone. Although most would think I'm an ectophorm going by my weight and height, I think i'm a mesophorm. I have skinny legs but my upper body isnt too bad. I work out 3 times a week, sometimes 4 depending on how I feel, with little or no cardio. I'm not sure if you can count walking around for 8 hours in work cardio?

My aim is to consume around 3300 calories, 370g carbs, 140g protein and 110g fats. Baring in mind I got these stats from a bulking up calculator online im not too sure if it is correct. I have stuck to this for 2 weeks so far, Although I have noticed a small difference in shape of pecs and shoulders, I havent made any gains in weight yet, is this right?

Any help appreciated.

Evening guys,

Basically i've had the ambition of becoming more "defined" and to increase my muscle mass. I took the plunge and have joined a gym but i just cant seem to find the right meal plan or know what types of foods i should be eating other than chicken and pasta. I havent been to the gym since i signed up as i dont see the point in working out untill i'm eating properly.

I've had a look around these forums for possible foods and soe sort of meal plan but i'm still a little confused..

Any help would muchly be appreciated.

Thanks
