Haven't posted for a while and my this boards runs slow.

OK I have this recipe that needs some work, not being a fantastic cook. Maybe you could your pegg or whoever? To take a look at this

Plumpy'nut, famine relief food. This little bar 92g net weight. Provides 500 Cals, Per serving. Ideal for gaining mass. And Ideal because, the stomach shrinks due to malnutrition and so is administered as paste. Ideal!

Did a search on Wiki, got the base ingredients.

Peanut paste
powdered milk
powdered sugar
Vegetable Oil
Vitamins and Minerals

I suppose some seeds or what have you can be added, some type of flour? Like I said I'm not a great cook.

I suppose some information could be from the patent, which I can't find? So take a gander.

Has anyone got any suggestions on how this could be put together? Ratio's etc.

As for the Vitamins, VE would be Ideal in this mix.

What types of creatine

What types of creatine

Please may i have some helpful advice please???,

I understand that there are three basic types of creatine supplements - creatine monohydrate, creatine phosphate and creatine citrate.
My understanding of three are:

Creatine Monohydrate is basically creatine bound with water

Creatine Phosphate, 1 gram only produces 623 milligrams of creatine. In addition, creatine phosphate is more expensive

Creatine Citrate, is more water soluble than other forms of creatine. It dissolves better when you mix it up. The problem is that Creatine Citrate has only 400 milligrams of creatine per gram of creatine citrate. In addition, it is more expensive than Creatine Monohydrate

Anybodys advice and views would very much appreciated on this debate. I am relatively new to bodybuilding. I am a middle aged male and i train twice a week.
Pound for Pound which would be the most beneficial creatine to take? & which would be the most cost efective?
Many thanks
