   <description><![CDATA[i have been training for over 18 months now i have made some good gains of muscle with a portion of fat, however i am stuck on the bench press i try really hard and yet i cant exceed 80kgs in flat bench pressing, what additional supplemts to whey protein could i take to give me that boost when im working out? ]]></description>

   <description><![CDATA[well i have been about but havent posted all that often, just a quick catch up then, still training like a madman, still got fat on belly to shift (fvcking story of my life) but getting there and the dreaded belly will be cut off before summer arrives i am garenteeing that lol<br />had some ups and downs mainly the kids bringing home some crazy norovirus/stomach bug that damn near wasted me lol i lost over a stone in the end (just from 5 days illness) getting back to where i should be strength/weight wise although i still have trouble eating anything solid (yes im living on alot of shakes lol) <br />hows everyone been then and what have i missed ????????]]></description>
